Most European satellite channels can be received with an 80cm dish. While some such as Nile TV carrying Egyptian programmes will need a 1.5 metre dish. Prices start from £150 inc vat. These have no decoding capability so if the channel you are after is encrypted,a more advanced unit with the relevant smart card must be bought.
